Do I have to register as a member?

What happens if my password gets lost?

HallroadMall eStore employs a very accurate automated email system. You will promptly receive a confirmation email at your working email address following a successful order placement. which contains your order number and your order summary or invoice. Your order was not placed successfully if you did not receive an email.

Why does it now show that the item in my cart is not available?

Regretfully, adding things to your cart does not automatically reserve them. Everyone will be allowed to buy the things until they have been checked out and paid for. If an error message appears saying that you are unable to check out because an item is not available, To proceed with the checkout procedure, you must take this item out of your cart.

Is it possible for me to cancel my order?
